Breakfast Club and After School Provision (WASP)

The school offer Breakfast Club for all pupils. 

All children must pay in advance or on the day if they wish to attend Breakfast club, using Parent Pay.

We are proud to be taking part in the Free Breakfast club programme- feeding over 300 children breakfast EVERY DAY!

  • Paid breakfast Club opens every day from 7.45am.Children will have a breakfast of their choice and then join in with activities before being escorted to their classes.
  • Choice of cereals and hot food
  • The cost breakfast club is £1.30 per day.
  • Please use the Hall Entrance for entry to Breakfast Club.
  • Parents can also drop their children off at 8:20 to benefit from the free breakfast club option. For any children who are slightly later than this, we offer a 'breakfast bar' option - to make sure that everyone who would like breakfast, has it!

Following breakfast each day, a range of activities are available for the children to do. 

At the end of Breakfast Club, KS2 children leave through an internal door into their classes, KS1 children are escorted by our staff  to ensure they are in time for morning register.

NB: If you are interested in your child please book and pay for your child’s place via ParentPay. Please ensure that these bookings are made in advance. We recommend long term bookings are made, weekly, monthly etc.

Cancellation of your bookings can also be made on ParentPay if required.

WASP (Woodlands' After School Provision)

WASP sessions are run daily, from Monday to Friday. There are three options for parents to choose between: 

  • 3:10-3:40 (MINI WASP) £2.75 per session.
  • 3.10pm to 4.30pm (half session) £5.50 per session. 
  • 3.10pm to 5.45pm (full session) £ 8.50 per session.

These sessions will be available term time only.

Children who are not collected on time will be charged the following:

  • Please note that late collections may incur additional charges. It is important that you contact the school if you are going to be late and make every attempt to make arrangements that your child is picked up on time. You must be contactable during the provision.
  • There are a limited number of places available for this service and places will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served basis.’
